Mungyo drawing pastels. I don't know much about pastels, but they were pretty inexpensive, so I'm assuming they aren't the greatest.

This is really good for a first time pastels user. But your image looks like it's floating, maybe due to the fact that the background is entirely black. Next time you try it out, why not play with shadows and perhaps a wood table? You put alot of detail into the fruit and especially the basket..I can't imagine what you could do to a woodgrain table. Good Job!

pastels are fairly difficult to work with aswell
its's really great!
